We offer yoga classes for anyone, anywhere regardless of their yoga experience. Our studio is based in Loganville and easily reached from Snellville, Covington, Monroe, Winder, and Lawrenceville.

Our instructors have been certified through Yoga Alliance as 200 RYT or 500 YT. All have a passion for the tradition and bring their own individual personalities to the practice.

Looking for more one-on-one training. We offer advanced training through workshops, immersions and teacher trainings. Our soon to be expanded spa offers thai massage, tradition massage, therapeutic appointments, floating pods and more.

Alignment

Join us on the mat to learn proper alignment in key yoga postures to help increase flexibility, strength, and balance. This class will also focus on coordinating breath with movement. Appropriate for students of all levels.

All-Levels Flow

A 60-minute class for all abilities that will challenge your strength and increase flexibility. This class flows to music with a build from modifications to more advanced postures. Beginners to advanced students welcome.

All-Levels Form

Form class gently awakens the body while moving purposefully and intentionally into poses with special emphasis on form. Typically, the class focuses on one area of the body.

Beginners Yoga 4-Week Series

New to Yoga? This is the class for you! This will be the perfect series for those who are brand new and for any who simply want to revisit the basics. This 4-week series will cover benefits of yoga, props and how to use them, yoga etiquette, and some of the introductory postures and breathwork.

Body Lab: Ease & Release

Appropriate for all levels, this class will use different modalities to practice and move in a way that eases discomfort and dysfunction in the body. Become a scientist of your own body and gain a deeper understanding of the anatomy, biomechanics, physiology & the traditional practice of yoga.

Candlelight Yoga

Candlelight yoga combines 30 minutes of gentle stretching followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga. Spend time moving your body slowly and settling into a meditative restorative practice giving the body an opportunity to renew and restore.

Devotional Flow

A 60-minute class focusing the mind and the breath, setting positive affirmations, and moving the body with grace. The class finishes with savasana and meditation.

Divinity Yoga

A 60-minute class to intentionally slow down, strengthen your body, nurture your soul, and deepen your connection with Christ on your mat. Accessible to all levels.

Form Flow

Alignment based teaching and creative sequencing make difficult poses feel more accessible. This is an uplifting 60-minute class set to upbeat tunes to build strength, flexibility, and promote practice. All levels welcome.

Gentle Flow

A 60-minute gentle class that focuses on ease and alignment.

Restorative

Join us on the mat for a restorative class that relaxes the body, mind and soul. This class uses props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. Appropriate for students of all levels.

Rise & Shine

Morning, sunshines! Burn off the haze, kickstart your day, and let life flow freely. This is a 60-minute early morning coffee alternative.

Yin Yoga

Get grounded with grace. Yin yoga is a slow deep practice with longer holds that help the body open up. Most of the practice is done on the floor.

Yummy Yoga

What's YUMMY?!? A slow + strong vinyasa with yin. In this class breath is the boss! We focus on moving with your breath, specifically deepening your breath to move more slowly and with more intention and awareness. We will also practice meditation, pranayama, and even sometimes visualization and kundalini kriyas.

Don't get too serious -- We will play, too! This is a mixed levels class but we will explore arm balances and inversions. Class ends with yin postures and a long savasana. Mmmmm, good!

Standup Paddleboard Yoga

 A challenging yoga practice combining the balance on the board and the balance in poses, building strength throughout for 60 minutes. Class + rental is your equipment (paddle, board + PFD) with the class. BYOB is bringing your own board with necessary paddle + PFD. We will provide an anchor.

 
Please wear comfortable clothes, sunscreen and a hat/or sunglasses that will NOT fall off when upside down! You may choose to wear a swimsuit but please note you will NOT be in the water. Be sure to hydrate! Georgia gets hot in the summer months and we don't want you getting sick.

Prerequisite Notes

Adults only! Must have a comfort level around the water. You may be barefoot or wear water shoes. No hard sole shoes or tennis shoes allowed.

Notes

Please plan to arrive ready (sunscreen applied, bathroom trips made, etc) at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note that the $ denotes a charge to enter, if you do not have a season pass. Occasionally, you will not need to pay at Ft. Yargo.

BYOB peeps (Bring Your Own Board) -- you will need to have your life jacket, paddle and board. We will provide you with an anchor. 🙂

81 N/Winder

Take 81 North towards Winder. Cross over 316 and about a mile down on the right you will see the first entrance into Ft. Yargo. Note, this is not the main entrance. It will say "Section B" and UGA Crew Team Launch.

There are bathrooms and picnic tables available.
