Our training program has been praised by senior teachers from all over the world, as a “one-of-a-kind” and “groundbreaking” training that brings in new information while embracing yoga’s rich history. It’s a comprehensive program that weaves anatomy, psychology and the subtle body energies together in a simple, easy to understand format. Our program also introduces students to new experiences and styles on the mat by inviting senior yoga teachers from all over the United States to teach their yoga lineage, giving you a deep and rich knowledge from which to draw for your own practice and for others.
I personally would like to invite you to our FREE open house on Saturday, August 27, 5PM. We will have a meet and greet and social time with current YTT students, as well as a overview of the program and a question & answer session at the end. Light refreshments will be served.

The format of this program is over 9-weekends. Our 200-Hour program is an approved 200 Registered Yoga School by Yoga Alliance and taught by an expert faculty with over 10,000 hours of training, practice and apprenticeship. Throughout your training, you’ll study and grow your practice with a diverse group of talented instructors who are committed to their yoga lineages.

APPLY NOW! A deposit of $500 is required to hold your place in the program and will be deducted from the total. Your application will not be processed without a deposit. Apply before November 1 and receive a $200 savings off the total cost!
You may opt to break down your tuition into five (5) payments of $360 over the first five weekends. Payment is due Friday evenings prior to class.
Applicants must have an established asana practice for a minimum of 12 months. This means practicing physical yoga 3-6 times a week, either in a classroom setting and/or at home.
