Class Schedule Change: New Classes

Starting August 9, Tuesday and Thursdays All Levels will be SPLIT into two different classes. Join us at 8A for All Levels Form, a 60-minute slow paced alignment based yoga including yin postures. Later in the morning, join us for 9:30 All Levels Flow, a 75-minute vinyasa based class with an emphasis on strength and movement.

These classes are similar to our existing classes on Saturdays! Please let us know what you think.

IMG_0167This unique board is a collaboration of art + yoga, as we have teamed up with Dizzy Gypsy of Lawrenceville to create this magnificent piece of art on a BOGA Todos Board (10'2 x 32)! It will be raffled off at YogaFest on July 23 in conjunction with our 2nd birthday.

Our hope as we promote and sell raffle tickets, is that we will bring awareness to yoga, SUP (standup paddleboarding) and the art community. The board is currently at the studio and ticket sales will began LAST WEEK. The piece of work will tour east side Gwinnett until it meets its owner!

Only 100 raffle tickets will be sold at $50 (maximum 4 per person). Get yours before they are SOLD OUT! Buy online here.

Fine print: Winner must respond within 24 hours of winning the board. The winner is responsible for shipping/pickup of the board. Staff and employees of either organizations are not eligible.

Donate Used Yoga Mats

Yogi Lauren Neumann is spearheading a used yoga mat donation and needs you to bring your old, tired mats to the studio.

"I want to donate my old mat to the Gwinnett Human Society but I don't want to just bring my mat," writes Lauren. So she organized a drop of everything that the The Human Society needs/accepts:

- Dry cat/dog food
- Canned cat food
- Dog treats
- Creamy Peanut butter (helps calm the dogs in the kennels)
- Cat litter (clay or scoopable)
- Laundry detergent (liquid)
- Oxi-clean or bleach
- Old towels/blankets
- An old yoga mat

The Gwinnett Humane Society is a no kill shelter and rely solely on private donations.

"Hopefully, I can get a good turnout," adds Lauren. "Thanks so much for helping me out!"

The donation box will be around for the next two weeks so keep bringing in supplies while the boxes are available.
