CLASSES

We offer yoga classes for anyone, anywhere regardless of their yoga experience. Our studio is based in Loganville and easily reached from Snellville, Covington, Monroe, Winder, and Lawrenceville.

Our instructors have been certified through Yoga Alliance as 200 RYT or 500 YT. All have a passion for the tradition and bring their own individual personalities to the practice.

Looking for more one-on-one training. We offer advanced training through workshops, immersions and teacher trainings. Our soon to be expanded spa offers thai massage, tradition massage, therapeutic appointments, floating pods and more.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
These classes are subject to the interpretation of the teacher and will vary some. Please know that all levels are welcome in all of our classes. 

RELEASE

Long static stretching, mostly floor based, meridian work and/or myofascial release techniques. Uses lots of props, soothing music, and dim lights.

RESET

Alignment and form focused class, using lots of props, soft music or none at all. Sometimes simple hatha class with attention on breath and mindfulness.

RECHARGE

Mindful, slow flow (called vinyasa) connecting movements with breath. Moderate use of props, and soft music. 

REVIVE

Fun flow class connecting movements and shapes with breath. Class is all levels with modifications offered. Students are also given a chance to progress to harder poses if desired. Invigorating tunes serve as a backdrop for the class. 

REBEL

Mixed martial arts movement combined with yoga and animal locomotion. This is a challenging class set to strong music and beats. Inversion work and arm balances are guaranteed. 

REVELATIONS

Christian scripture-based class set to slow flowing gentle class. Creating mindfulness and connection with our inner light and celebrating the holy word.

RESTORE

A restorative and mindful class using extensive props, dim lights and quiet setting. The teacher will offer long comfortable poses, assisting, breath work and mindfulness practice. Thirty minute sessions focus on meditation for all levels. 

HOT 

Can be added to any described class. Heat will be between 92-98 degrees using our infrared heating system. Come in cool wicking fiber clothing and hydrate well before the class.
