200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Program

A Program Steeped in Asana, Alignment and Adjustment

Exceeding NEW Yoga Alliance Standards for Common Core

In 2020, we will be honored to offer our 5th annual yoga teacher training program. Our training was created for anyone who wanted to deepen their study of yoga by learning history & philosophy, methodology, anatomy and physiology, self-study and looking to take their yoga off the mat and into their worlds.

The program will meet Yoga Alliance’s new standard requirements of 200 hours in studio and exceeds the hours of anatomy and physiology with 30 in house and 20 additional online hours. This means that you will leave the program with a strong anatomy, physiology and kinesiology background. The training will run February through July, seven weekends, Fridays-Sundays.

This allows you, the student, to work in a timeframe that allows you to fully digest and incorporate new knowledge and skills into your yoga practice as well as your everyday life. Other key components covered in this training are history and philosophy, breathwork and meditation, subtle anatomical energy, teaching methodology, techniques, adjusting and development as a professional yoga teacher. Each student will have 10 hours of mentorship with the lead teachers demonstrating mastery of alignment, adjustment, classroom management and class planning.

EBB | FLOW is an approved 200 Registered Yoga School by Yoga Alliance and taught by an expert faculty with more 10,000 hours of training, practice and apprenticeship. Throughout your training, you’ll study and grow your practice with talented instructors who are committed to vinyasa yoga and their yoga lineages.
